I am an orthopaedic trauma surgeon based at the John Radcliffe Hospital in Oxford. I have been a consultant since 1994.

My clinical work is as a full-time orthopaedic trauma surgeon in a consultant delivered service. A brief CV is attached on a separate page. In Oxford clinical practice has developed in such a way that musculoskeletal problems related to injury are treated separately from those with a degenerative or developmental cause. My clinical practice is solely related to dealing with patients who have problems as a consequence of injury.

My medicolegal practice has been mainly dealing with personal injury. However, with my increasing clinical experience and my role as a teacher and examiner I have taken on more clinical negligence cases relating to orthopaedic trauma.
